I cannot login using the Internet Explorer browser (IE)

Trying to log in using Internet Explorer returns a red error message under the login box.

This is likely due to a plug-in/add-on installed in IE. You have three options to solve this issue:

(1) Disable the add-on that is causing the problem. Click the gear icon then "Manage add-ons", right-click "ChromeFrame BHO" and choose DISABLE. Restart IE to make the changes take effect. Try to login to EntreOasis now.

(2) Close IE, then, under the START button, search for "Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)" and run it instead of the fully-enabled version of IE.

(3) Use another browser, like Chrome or Firefox.
