Guy offers great advice to those who are going to start their own company by sharing the top 10 changes entrepreneurship has gone through in the past 20 years. Some of the key points to take away from this are to think LOCAL- times have changed and start-ups need to focus on their local market first instead of going straight to the global market. Be passionate, sell people on your dream, leverage resources (PR, financial help from friends/family) to help make your idea a success is another. I agree that if you think your product/company will benefit society and you can convince others of this, that you will be much more likely to succeed. Also intereting focus on technology and comparision to the value society had on MBAs in the past, which has now shifted to Engineers, making technology part of the foundation for new companies in today's market. Thanks for the post.
