    "Personal Information" is information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address, that is not otherwise available publicly.

    For the purposes of the EntreOasis Privacy Policy, "EntreOasis" collectively refers to the EntreOasis website, related content and technology, as well as to MediaSpark Information Technology Solutions Incorporated and its affiliates, sponsors, and advertisers.

    You understand and agree that by using EntreOasis, you consent to the collection and use of the information as set forth herein, including the transfer of this information to Canada, the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by EntreOasis.

  2. What Information is Collected
    1. EntreOasis collects Personal Information when you create an account. You may enter this information at your discretion, however, some information may be required in order to create and maintain an account. You also have the option to hide certain information from public view.
    2. EntreOasis collects statistical information when you visit and use EntreOasis, such as the website pages being visited, links being clicked, and other similar browsing activities.
    3. EntreOasis receives and records information from your computer including your IP Address, operating system, browser, software, and hardware system information.
    4. EntreOasis respects the privacy of children. Children under aged 13 should use EntreOasis under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

      You agree that MediaSpark, in its sole discretion, may choose to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.

      MediaSpark may provide you with notices regarding EntreOasis, including changes to this Privacy Policy, via email, regular mail, postings on EntreOasis, or other reasonable means. The means by which notices are provided are at MediaSpark’s sole discretion.
